Everything a booth needs, in the order you will miss it — with how far ahead to order and where to collect it at MTCC. Print this page and tick it off.

The booth, top to bottom

When to order

Two weeks outRetractable stands, table covers, tension fabric and anything laminated or folded: standard production is 5 business days, and two weeks leaves room to reprint a file that comes back with a problem.
One week outBusiness cards, flyers, brochures, postcards, booklets. The proof step catches most problems on upload; a week covers a second try.
The day before, or the morning ofPosters, foamcore and rigid signs, vinyl banners — the same-day products. Order before the cut-off and collect at MTCC; the same-day page lists exactly what qualifies.

Files that sail through

PDF at final size, with 0.125″ of bleed on every edge and text kept inside the safe zone. Aim for 300 dpi on cards and handouts and 150 dpi on large format; the upload check tells you where a file falls short before you pay, and you can approve or replace it on screen. Fonts outlined or embedded; CMYK where colour matters, and send a reference for a brand colour that has to match.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Someone else can collect for you with the order reference. Courier delivery to your office before the show is available at checkout if you would rather bring it in with the booth.
