When to use which
  • Order questions, file issues, status updates: email is fastest — include your order reference number (e.g. COMIC-042) in the subject line.
  • Urgent same-day or rush orders: call. Email may not be checked in time.
  • Custom quotes or unusual requests: use our custom quote form — your description is structured and routed to the team automatically.
  • Cancellations or refund questions: email with your order reference number. See our Refund Policy for the terms.
  • Privacy or data requests: email and reference our Privacy Policy §11.
Pickup at MTCC

Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Closed weekends and statutory holidays.

MTCC Business Centre: 416-585-8387 (for venue access questions only — they cannot answer order or printing questions).
